Bought 21 Camry with 39k miles. Had bad back speaker as well as driver window not working. I called frustrated as this was a car fresh out of being serviced here thinking I had reliability in my near future. We’re really happy with our recent experience here. We got the highest value for our trade in by a significant amount. When we purchased our vehicle (used BMW) it immediately had a leak less than 2 weeks after purchasing. Although it was something typically not covered by the warranty (we didn’t purchase the additional one), they covered the cost and provided a rental car until it was fixed at no cost to us.
